All current students may make use of Student Development Portfolio (SDP) to apply for an ad-hoc official copy of Report of Experiential Learning Activities (ELA Report) or generate an unofficial copy by themselves at any time.

All graduating students can receive one copy of ELA Report for free by making an on-line application.  They will receive a notification email by the end of their graduating term on the ELA Report collection.
